I met Sam at an open for inspection and was impressed with his courteous manner and his communication with potential buyers. When I went to sell my property, I saw that Sam also sold properties in the area and asked him if he could sell my property. Compared to other agents, I found Sam was willing to work with you rather than say "we prefer to sell the property this way". Once I made Sam the selling agent, I was very impressed with the way he dealt with myself and potential buyers. He would call you about the plan for selling the property on a weekly basis and then provide feedback after every open for inspection. Once an offer was submitted, the negotiations were handled professionally and achieved the desired results. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Sam. I wouldn't hesitate in offering Sam the opportunity in selling my property again or recommending him to others wishing to sell their property.

He didn't run down his competitors and was polite at all times. He was able to offer information relating to the contract documents, and a list of things i had to do with my conveyancer. He answered all follow up qs I had relating to the entire sale process. i would recommend him to prospective clients wishing to buy or sell.

We first met Sam a couple of years ago, after he sold a property of a friend. Sam kept in touch with us occasionally and although persistent, he was never pushy. So when it was time to sell I called Sam and invited him to view the property and present his proposal for representation.
