We met Sam when looking to view one of his properties for sale. Virtually from the first contact, he called us in order to find about more about what we were looking to buy. We then asked him to view our home to determine what cost price he felt was reasonable to sell ours. We actually met with 3 groups of agents from different real estate companies, but Sam's approach was by far the best. We chose Sam over the other agents as he was in constant communication with one of us every few days and we decided that this was the type of agent that we wanted to sell our place as we could see that he would be in constant communication with our potential buyers.
