The decision to sell with the assistance of Sam was primarily based on his professional yet personal demeanour and willingness to outline expectations at the initial meeting. During the sales campaign Sam was open and transparent about ideal expectations and provided comprehensive updates regarding prospective buyers and comparable properties. I was interested in this property and rang Sam -it was his day off but he rang me back promptly -had he not have taken the time to ring me I would not have bought my new home as I ended up buying it before the auction! He arranged for me to see the property that day -again his day off -and spent quite some time with me -but never putting pressure on me -he also rang me that night as he said he would - and then the next night again as he said he would -to give me the good news!!!! He has been excellent with communication either by phone or text - I realise he acts for the vendor but he was also very helpful to me .
