From the outset the family were put at ease by Sam that the property would be professionally marketed to attract a sale price within an agreed and substantiated price range to a particular market segment. On the day of auction this scenario played out to the letter with an extended settlement period negotiated on our behalf with no negative impact on sale price. Our trust was not misplaced.
