we bought a property from interstate on information property was in good condition and trusting seller, when asked about gutters response was "roof to high cant see", also discouraged from getting building report assuring not needed, when arriving at home could clearly see from windows gutters needing maintenance also towel rails held on with sticky tape, paint peeling of ceiling at front door, bathroom floor running down hill when advised PA no response from sales rep, asked for a pre inspection done with lack of care ,gas air not working we froze first week till we got a repairer in who said pipe disconnected, so never could have been heating properly. Very good talker and comes across very pleasant but maturity on my side can see through this, a great lack of care on purchasers side. Great sales man
