When I eventually inspected the property and submitted an offer Sam was incredibly professional and attentive. He was quick to oblige when There were issues with the building inspection and I was incredibly grateful for this. Prior to this I was disappointed that my requests for an inspection- 26 April and 5 May did not result in an inspection as the property was ‘under offer’. As I had made two written requests for an inspection and one phone call I believe I should have been notified immediately when the original contract fell through!
