I am pleased to write this review on Sam Wilson. I was very happy with the marketing process , it was efficient and professional with all staff involved . Sam offered a few great options for my campaign which was one of the reasons I went with Williams in particular Sam Wilson. She was professional, flexible and friendly from first meeting. She provides solutions quickly and always follows up at any given time. I live in Denmark so there is a 10 hour time zone difference , but that didn't make a difference to her. I got speedy responses and communication always . Very very pleasing and made it easy to trust her with the sale of my property and I felt I could contact her at all times. My expected selling price was achieved and sold before auction. The apartment itself was ideal I believe beginning with location, however I'm sure the buyer had a great experience with Sam as the agent also. I had a reserve price, it fell a little short at first, Sam went back to buyer and got me the price I wanted. Perfect. Obviously She is largely focused on customer service , professionalism and not being a pushy sales person. She provided a flexible solution for the marketing campaign and fee structure amongst other things coupled with a friendly , trustworthy and positive attitude was the reason I chose her to sell my property. So much to say! At all times Sam was totally professional, respectful, courteous, engaging, open, and always available. No query by us was felt to be silly. When interviewed for selection she never bad mouthed the opposition, she just got on with being professional herself. The sale process was absolutely painless. Sam gave clear and sound worthwhile advice on how to prepare the property for sale. She negotiated till 10:30pm and then did the paperwork till probably midnight when at the pointy end of negotiations. Sam was totally committed to the sale. She clearly explained the rationale of strategies and her thinking throughout and all the while understood and managed the differing needs of 3 individual owning parties to the property for sale. Sam was exceptionally clear in her communications at all times, available at any time and a delight to deal with. Importantly, on the delivery side she achieved an outstanding result exceeding everyone's expectations. We have dealt with 10 different agents in our lives to date. Sam Wilson – Real Estate Agent Extraordinaire! We met with many real estate agents to find the right one to sell our property which was a historic cottage, quite unique on the market. Sam stood out from the rest by a mile! She had a complete understanding of the nuances of the property – even down to coming round for a lesson on the workings of the European Aga stove (originally designed for solid fuel in 1922) of which she is now an expert! She handled everything personally: every viewing, every transaction, every communication. Her genuine enthusiasm for the property was matched by her empathy and understanding of us, the vendors. She was always available for advice and reassurance, even to provide practical help when needed. At the same time acknowledging our feedback and responding in a very positive way. She kept us completely informed with constant and encouraging updates at every twist and turn of the process. She worked incredibly hard over ridiculously long hours throughout each week and achieved an absolutely excellent result. We would have no hesitation in returning to Sam for any of our property needs in the future. She’s head and shoulders above anyone else. She never gets flustered. Sam was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the first conversation I had with her even to the point she opened the property up for a private inspection the day the property was listed. Sam was very open and honest with me throughout the process which at times made me think if she was really a real estate agent at all (hehehe).
