There is always some skepticism when dealing with agents from the buyer's side, but we found Sam to be completely honest and upfront throughout the process. He was excellent at communicating and responding to questions at all time and delivered on everything he promised throughout the process. I felt he had a genuine care for getting the best outcome for both parties. I would happily buy through Sam again and would also recommend him if I was selling, based on the great way he treated us as buyers.
