This is the second house we have had Sam sell for us. It was a no brainer after the great job he did on the first, however he stepped up even further as we had to travel overseas at the crucial moment of the selling process. Sam was able despite the tyranny of distance to keep us informed and up to date with progress, interested parties, open inspections and ultimately all the processes and documentation when the property was sold. We underwent a pretty strict 'job interview' process when initially looking for an agent and eventually selecting Sam - this process is much better than using a mate of a mate, or using an agent because someone else did - I recommend putting Sam to the test on his market knowledge, approachability, communication strategies etc etc with other agents you may be considering - guarantee you'll end up picking Sam.

Sam did an excellent job selling our property at the price we wanted and in a good timeframe. It is clear that Sam did a great job negotiating price and conditions as we got exactly what we wanted, even after the first offer cooled off. Sam's approach was methodical but personal and not once did we feel anything was pushy during the process. We were advised on a course of action but never pushed into making a decision. The communication we had during the process was direct which we liked whilst building a good rapport. I felt like we had an agent who had our best interests at the forefront and given it was our first experience selling a property we appreciated that care factor. We are not looking to sell another property in the near future however would certainly contact Sam to assist if we did and would certainly recommend Sam as an agent to others.
