While Samuel's expertise in real estate are in a different district than where our property is located he worked extremely hard to gain a thorough understanding of the market in our vicinity. He is a very personable and friendly guy with a lot of enthusiasm in selling and marketing. After you have established a guideline as to your property's worth, and told him the lowest offer you are prepared to accept, he works non-stop until he gets that price, or more.
