San Arora has been great at guiding me through the purchasing of my new property. I found San to be great deal with during our negotiations. He was obliging to our requests and we felt he was quite honest and trustworthy, which is unusual for a Real Estate agent nowadays. Keep up the great work San. San has been amazing for us during the entire process. He had great knowledge, knew exactly who to target & how, good negotiation skills & most importantly a Personality which was relaxed & Calm. He knew what to say when & how to get the deal over the line. Great Communication Skills - Verbal Ofcourse but also via Email & from the Office. Regular updates were provided & a phone call was always answered! He had a Public open but also organized to meet prospective buyers at various private opens to enable Sale of the Property. One of the best things was that he always had Option B & C - If A did not work out (but it did!) We are looking to sell another investment property & have already started the work for that one with San. Highly Recommended with Confidence!
