Sandi recently sold my apartment at Kirra Beach. She provided excellent marketing material, photographs produced by a professional, and good wording on the 3 platforms, ie good quality paper, Domain and RealEstate.com. In addition, she conducted a weekly open house until sold. She advised on when to sell for the best advantage and proved herself correct as we had a full price offer in the 1st week which unfortunately fell through. However 6 weeks later the apartment sold. Throughout this whole exercise, Sandi was always helpful, encouraging, prompt and cheerful.
