3 years ago we bought a property in Coolangatta where Sandi was the selling agent. We were living in WA at the time so much of our time we were communicating via phone and email. Sandi was absolutely wonderful and made the whole process so easy and her fabulous demeanour got us the apartment for the price we wanted to pay. Now after 3 years, upon moving back to NZ, Sandi has sold our property and again we were not around for paperwork and not always available by phone but again she worked for us and got the sale done. It was on the market for less than 24 hours and she brought the right person through who loved it. Sandi is a wonderful listener and took on board what we wanted when we were buying and guided us through the sale procedure.
