Sandi had originally sold me the property 4 years earlier and that was a great experience but I really got see her in full stride when selling it for me recently. Not only was Sandi's knowledge of the market clearly evident but she was able to negotiate a great deal for me, was readily available and a genuine person. What really stood out most though, was when we ran into a few major speed bumps, Sandi went absolutely above and beyond her role, to ensure the sale went through. I first came into contact with Sandi when she was selling the apartment in Kirra which I eventually bought, I live in France, so not the easiest transaction, but Sandi was so accommodating, skyping so I could view in realtime, etc. I was so impressed with her service and professionalism, when it was time to sell I didn't think twice to engage her, she sold the apartment in 5 days, but it was the after sale and settlement that Sandi showed what she was made of, we had a number of huge challenges, difficult tenant, major storms and flooding but she always stayed calm, in contact and in control and definitely went the extra mile!
