My first impression of Sandra was a charming girl, not pushy and in-your-face like many real estate agents tend to be. She kept me well informed about the property I was considering buying at Auction. I managed to procure my dream home at auction so all that was pretty straight forward. It was afterwards that problems came to light. Being a brand new town house, some difficulties arose regarding occupancy and obvious builders flaws. Little things that had been overlooked. Sandra conveyed these problems to the owner immediately and I am in the process of having them rectified. What I found with Sandra was that nothing was too much trouble. I may have not been impressed so much by Sandra's persistent professionalism if the market had not been so bad. While there were only few interested candidate buyers in the middle of many alternative properties on sale (APT on sale in Hawthorn VIC in the middle of 2019), Sandra did not falter to keep checking the interest of any visitor and showing the appeals of my property to each. Eventually Sandra presented the value and appeal to a retriee couple who were seeking to downsize, and they agreed higher price than typical market value. If you see little hope, still you may seek advice from Sandra who professionally and enthusiastically advocate the appeal and value of your property even more tha yourself. June 2019, Kai
