Sandra and Bronwyn who I reveiwed early we’re an impressive team. The whole Ray White performance from start to finish was very professional. Sandra in particular displayed tremendous dedication in achieving the best result possible for us. Her friendly yet professional attitude made our tasks enjoyable.
we are very glad to meet Sandra who helped us selling our house! The service, knowledge and skill that Sandra has given and shown to us were an excellent ones! Thank you Sandra for your assistance! Definitely would recommend Sandra Sutikno from Raywhite Balwyn to our friends.
Sandra is great, she’s been professional from the beginning to the end. She has deep understanding of the local market, very hard working and determined to achieve the best result for the owner. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone who wants to sell his/ her property in Melbourne.
Sandra is the BEST agent Ray White Balwyn has. She is extremely talented, very professional and has in-depth knowledge about the properties she deals with. Above all, she genuinely works for the best outcome for both seller and buyer. We highly recommend Sandra as a real estate agent and will be happy to use her services to buy or sell properties in the future. We are a first home buyer with a young family and had a lot of doubts and hesitation before deciding on the property. Sandra patiently answered all our answers and also recommended what to look out for and be careful when buying a first home. We liked the following personality traits in Sandra - Showed empathy and courteous in all conversations. Sandra never lost her cool even under pressure or during difficult conversations. - Disciplined: Well organised, punctual and composed in her approach. - Creativity: Thinks outside the box to solve a problem. Sandra helped us solve an issue with Contract of Sale document quickly before I could put an offer an other shortlisted property. - Excellent communication skills - Passion: Goes above and beyond to achieve the best outcome. - Flexibility: Understands the needs of buyer and seller and was flexible in arranging inspections, late evening negotiations and working with third-party for building inspections and bank's property valuation.
Sandra is very professional and works hard responding to phone calls promptly. She goes out of her way to assist at all hours and I would highly recommend her. Thank you Sandra! :-)
I'd like to thank Sandra for assistance she has given during our purchase of the apartment .
We would like to take this opportunity to commend Sandra Sutikno, Sales Executie Ray White for her EXCELLENT service. Her dedication, proactive, hard-working and attention to detail have not gone without notice, and we truly believe that she had played an integral role in the success of selling our 2 units in Box Hill. She is an outstanding individual with positive attitude and has the ability to produce impressive result. Sandra had handled the project flawlessly from the beginning with the staging company and mixing her impeccable taste in the design concept, it made the units felt like a home not a display house, until the process of settlement of the units. If we could rate her more than 100% satisfaction guarantee, I think we would. No words to describe our gratitude. Excellent work Sandra.. really appreciate your hard work and professionalism.
