We had been looking at property in Bathurst for over 6 months. Sandy was far and away the most professional of the agents that we dealt with in that time. His approach was up-front, very straightforward and pressure free. Sandy knows the Bathurst market extremely well, we would have no hesitation in recommending him to any potential buyer or seller.

But not only was the property itself what we had hoped (`lived' up to the webpage) but Sandy was the very ingredient we needed.
