We have been dealing with Sandy for over 10 years he has always had our best interests at heart when buying or selling. He's communication skills are second to none always honest Sandy has provided us with really good decisions when it comes to the property market over the last 10 years. Cleary Fairbrother property will be my go to agent for any property's I buy and sell in the Bathurst region. They really provide a service that sets them apart from the rest Thanks Sandy

Sandy and Jay have recently sold another property of ours and as always they have conducted themselves as nothing but professional. This sale became a little complicated due to circumstances out of both the purchasers and our control, and we feel Sandy and Jay both managed the situation perfectly, kept us 100% up to date and passed on all offers and options for us to forward and ensure there was nothing left on the table. We would highly recommend Cleary Fairbrother Property Bathurst, and we will continue to use them in the future.

I highly recommend Sandy and the Cleary Fairbrother agency. Sandy was punctual, timely with correspondence and easy going. He was able to answer all questions I had and show off the house without being pushy. He was professional but I still felt I was dealing with a friend. He brought ease to a potentially stressful process.

My lasting impression after initial dealings with Sandy during the sale of our previous home in 2013, is of an immediately likeable, down to earth man who truly has the human touch. As I got to know him over the next year or so looking at houses together the feeling was constantly reinforced that this man is an honest bloke who actually cares about what’s in the best interest for all concerned, NOT prioritising his sales commissions above the best outcome possible for both vendor & purchaser. Sandy has the ability to make everyone feel comfortable on meeting him, he has a warm & engaging smile & demeanour which helps promote confidence that he is both trustworthy &/ethical. With Sandy what you see is what you get. I couldn’t fault him or his business partner Jay & wish them both well deserved success in the future.

Thank you to Sandy for his consistent and open communication! Sandy was very willing to arrange inspections outside of school hours to work in with my schedule. I’m really appreciative to Sandy because this is such a difficult market to buy in and yet I now have a house! I don’t think I would be so lucky if it wasn’t for this agency. Also, Sandy and Jay are there for both the seller and the buyer - something not always experienced in this market!

Sandy is a friendly and dedicated agent who takes the time to walk you through the process, calm any nerves and is extremely confident with information for prospective buyers. We would highly recommend Sandy to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Sandy helped me find my dream home. He listened to what I wanted and guided me through the whole process. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you so much

Sandy was extremely helpful, patient and did everything he could. Can't rate him highly enough and would absolutely recommend him to anyone! It was a pleasure dealing with him

Sandy went above and beyond his duty as realestate he is well knowledgeable and helpful in his experience with his work

This is the third property I have bought through Sandy. He is a no nonsense and down-to-earth guy who knows his job. Great communication with no BS. Certainly the best real estate agent I have had dealings with.

Sandy Fairbrother has a warm, friendly and genuine approach and he has been a pleasure to deal with. He knows his trade to perfection and we were impressed with how professional and hard working he was, in everything he did for us. Sandy not only found us the perfect home to buy, but then found the right buyer when selling our previous residence as well. His communication with us was first rate from day one, when we were buying and selling our homes. Put simply, Sandy is a great bloke. We highly recommend him to anyone seeking his services in real estate.

A true gentlemen. Could not have asked for a more professional Real estate agent. More than happy with the promotional photos of our home. Would recommend Sandy and Jay for anyone buying or selling property. We wish Clery and Fairbrother all the best for the future.
