We were very happy with our sale, although it took a while (limited market due to property type/time of year) we were very happy with Sandy's communication throughout and with his persistence in trying to find a buyer. We ended up with a few offers and were very happy with the sale price.

Sandy is a "straight up" guy, knows his job and does it well. He communicates in a very helpful low key manner without rushing through the process. His listening manner allows for any questions to be answered or followed through in a timely manner. We certainly recommend him to anyone requiring a good honest understanding approach.

I found Sandy to be very helpful with questions I had, regarding the house I was interested in.He always returned calls, that means a lot to me.If ever I buy a house again I will ask for Sandy to help me.

We found Sandy very approachable he was very easy to talk to and did everything to help us sell our house.

I found Sandy to be very honest and open. Easy to communicate with, easy availability, always returned calls quickly, kept communications up to date regularly. Sandy was very affable and easy to approach and generous with his time during the difficult negotiation periods. I would definitely recommend Sandy as a go-to real estate agent in Bathurst, he's professional and he knows his stuff. p.s. the boxed bottle of wine was also a very nice touch!

Sandy spent a great deal of time accommodating for my family and I as we live in Sydney. My father was the one dealing with Sandy most of the time and always spoke highly of him. when I went down to Bathurst to have a look at some houses for myself he was absolutely fantastic. Sandy was very professional, had a warm and welcoming nature, knew what he was doing and saying about the houses and understood what I was looking for hence me purchasing the house. Thank you very much Sandy I really appreciate all your help, time, patients, multiple trips and re scheduling we had to do. I will be seeing you soon for my next property. Thank you Maro
