Sandy is a fantastic sales agent and I would highly recommend him. Sandy is very personable and always maintains communication, any time of day, with you. Sandy's local knowledge and commitment is outstanding and he always keeps you updated and is very committed to his role. Sandy offers valuable information and prepares and researches any queries you may have. He prepares quality market appraisals and is always 100% committed. I have used Sandy to buy and to sell a property and am completely happy with Sandy's service.

We found Sandy to be an honest, efficient and reliable Real Estate Agent. His honesty and knowledge of the local market was refreshing - rare to find in an Agent these days. Sandy, acted in a very professional and timely manner and we look forward in dealing with him in our future ventures.

Thank you Sandy for making the sale of my property seemless & stress free. You did a lot of negotiating between both parties, maintained professionalism and kept me informed throughout the whole process so I knew where everything was up to. Sandy is a wealth of knowledge and always has an informative update on the Bathurst property market. I have used Sandy as my REA for over 5 years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family, friends or anyone buying or selling property.

We have bought and sold through Sandy 4 times in the last 6 years. He goes above and beyond every single time. He is constantly in contact with us letting us know what's happening in the market/about open houses etc. We would definently recommend Sandy to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Sandy was always helpful and willing to accomodate us as we were travelling out of the district. He was informative, honest and friendly.

I first made contact with Sandy through Bathurst Real Estate late in 2013. My circumstances changed soon afterwards, however my desire to purchase my new home didn't. Sandy kept in contact with me for the next two and a half years, sometimes just to touch base and see how I was, and occasionally drawing my attention to a new listing he felt fitted my criteria. In June 2016 he found precisely what I had been looking for, and a after a very short negotiation a sale was completed. I could not recommend Sandy any more highly to any prospective buyer.

We are so pleased to write a review for Sandy Fairbrother. We both brought and sold our home through Sandy and found him to be excellent. A warm, down to earth and hard working man.

I looked at a number of properties with Sandy in my search to find a home in Bathurst. The homes that I chose to inspect were often out of viewing times as I am not always in Bathurst on the weekends. Sandy was very responsive to organising personal inspections for me through the week. He was always on time, never seemed to be rushed and even helped me measure up the home that I eventually bought in Mitre St. In regards to the exchange and settlement process, he was knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating and willing to speak with the owner after hours and on weekends to eventually affect the sale as well as negotiating a financial compromise in my favour following the final inspection. I would recommend Sandy as a reliable and helpful agent, considerate of the purchaser even thought he is working for the vendor. Well done and thank you Sandy!

Through out the process Sandy was always available given the restricted times that we were both in town at the same time to do things such as property inspections and getting tradesmen in to undertake works. He returned our calls promptly and didn't regard any of our questions as being silly or strange given this is our first entry into an investment property

Sandy has been an effective help in selling our houses in Bathurst over the last 6 years. We have found him to be pleasant and professional in carrying out his duties. His advice to us has been accurate and objective. In all our communications Sandy has made us well informed through the mediums of email, text and phone. We no hesitation in recommending him to anyone wanting a trustworthy real estate representative. Ken Hill Bathurst Regional Homes

I would be happy to recommend Sandy to anyone who is buying or selling real estate. I was purchasing a property and had a set of quite specific requirements, Sandy was able to find me a property that fulfilled all of those requirements and made the entire process of purchasing as easy and stress free as possible even with the challenges of the property being a deceased estate. I am very happy with the fact that I just happened to meet Sandy because I looked at another property and he took the time to find out what I was looking for, thank you.

There was no question about which agent we would use when it came time to sell our house. We had previous dealings with Sandy, only through viewing other open homes and he had also valued our house some years prior. It took a long time for us to decide to sell so nerves were high but Sandy put me right at ease and we couldn't have been happier. He is no cold salesman, but blends his friendly persona with a very professional and knowledgeable attitude. We felt comfortable and supported the whole way through.
