We really can't rate the selling of our house, as the house sold itself! It was bought the same day as it officially went on the market, so really no advertising applied. However Sandy was very easy to work with & we were very happy with the video presentation etc. All the agents we met were nice & our decision to go with Bx Real Estate was (obviously) the right one.& we were pleased to sell quickly. We would love a copy of the house photos & the video if possible, as have no printer & only an android tablet. We would use this agency again, only criticism we have actually applied when we used the same agents to purchase Abercrombie house 19 years ago & that is no acknowledgement of the sale, or sense of thanks for placing our lovely home with your agency initially. Pettyissue but I remember the people we purchased from were given a large hamper (it was accidently left at our address) & I think that was a nice touch., especially in cases like ours when the sale is immediate.
