We had a very disappointing experience with Sarah, we were drawn to her promises of expertise but it was clear that her actions did not align with her words. We were relocating to Vic. The virtual tour on the Home was brief and dishonest she did not address the very obvious issues that she failed to address and show us .our first walk in almost made me faint the smell was unbearable. The carpet was obvious had badly soiled stains everywhere! from animals faeces, urine , food and drink etc, the walls were disgusting lots of massive dodgy DIY plaster repairs throughout ! filthy! no professional clean no repairs as promised and agreed on , house was ride off. like it had been a halfway house. I was mortified , I cried.When purchasing our hime , Sarah made numerous promises during the process that were never fulfilled. We were assured that [specific repairs, etc would be taken care of and promised us prior settlement but I found that nothing was done. Communication was poor throughout the whole time and transaction in fact she had another agent take over at one point because she was away ?! our concerns were brushed aside. we reached out for support during and after the sale, we received little to no response.She was not at our property after settlement for hand over and to congratulate us with at least a box of chocolates , instead she left a lockbox attached to my water meter with the keys to the house in it . We have not heard from her since and she has not come to collect the key lock box for very obvious reasons! We had to sleep in the lounge while we did major repairs!! The photos she used online were not what the house look like! They were majorly Photoshop! why the house didn’t sell since January we are extremely disappointed and disheartened Sarah‘s extreme dishonest selfish unprofessional greedy attitude .We are new to the area, we have come to meet a lot of beautiful people to learn we are not the only people that has had not a pleasant experience with her.

In a market that is unpredictable communication is essential, Sarah was honest and grounded , my wife and I were very pleased to be assisted, not manipulated , well done Sarah
