As a buyer during one of the most hectic periods of property growth in recent times, we found that Sarah and her team were by far the most available and responsive agents we encountered. We enquired and offered on many different houses and would often encounter agents that simply ignored us or never returned our calls. We were never just kicking tyres and were amazed at just how many sellers missed out on getting an offer from us as a serious buyer simply because their agent didn't make the effort. In the case of Sarah and her team, they were the ONLY agents we encountered who were responsive to enquiriries every single time, they always negotiated in the best interests of their sellers which made it tough as a buyer in a sellers market, but it also showed that they were true to their commitments of getting theirs sellers a good price and making sure the sale got across the line. As a buyer I feel perhaps that we probably overpaid a little, but on the flip side I can respect that, Sarah's team negotiated hard and got their seller the absolute best price that we could muster. So when it comes time for us to sell our other investment property we would be happy to engage Sarah's team because at least we would know that we would see the offers come through and that they wouldn't just be ghosting legitimate buyers like many other agents surprisingly did throughout the last 24 months.
