From the day we enquired about appraising our property we received top class service. Sarah came out the next day to appraise and we were receiving gifts, guidance and advice very frequently. The marketing of our property was first class and we had over 20 groups come to the Open for Inspection day with 12 offers coming through the same day! We sold our house two days after being listed and the sale price was far greater than we could ever have imagined. The communication from all of the team at Schultz Realty was very much appreciated. Schultz Realty also made available a tracking page for me to be the first to know of any interest in the property. I would strongly recommend Schultz Realty to anyone looking to sell their property.

Prompt attention to our house sale. Friendly guidance to assess marketing strategies backed by enthusiastic, professional assistants for web presentation, conveyancing and open house visits. We visited Schultz Realty to discuss all of the necessary protocols which were needed to effect the sale. Sarah then visited our home, patiently answered our questions, as inexperienced potential vendors, and together the sale process was agreed and set in action.

Sarah's professionalism and approach to the real estate market is excellent. She gave me all the confidence throughout the purchase process that I was in good hands. My purchase went through without a hitch thanks to communication, updates and prompt responses along the way. Would highly recommend Schultz Real Estate Agents 👌
