This team was fabulous from the beginning, they made the sale easy, the process was clear and they communicated really well 😝 thank you to Dillan, Sarah, Clarissa and Doreen.

Fantastic knowledge of the market and very helpful communication for first home buyers

Sarah is very honest & knows her stuff. Sold our house in 4 days from her database.

The whole process was handled very well and stress free. Couldn't be happier.

Thanks to Sarah and the team. Very friendly and professional. Easy to deal with and almost felt like dealing with family. Thankyou again we couldn’t be happier with our new home

Sarah appraised our home & we signed a form 6 the next day to go on her database before going live & we were blown away that at our first open house just from the database we had 4 offers & sold the house!

Fantastic at understanding our needs and acknowledged everything we wanted to know. An amazing family business.

Great to deal with and super helpful!! Nothing was ever and issue and a really friendly team to deal with.

Thank you Sarah. You went above and beyond to get a higher price than we thought possible. In a quick and easy transaction.

I purchased a property through Schultz Realty in June 2022. It was an absolute pleasure working with a local and very committed family business that clearly has a very in-depth understanding of the local market. The whole purchase process was very smooth and stress free. Doreen and Sarah were always available to assist when needed, and happily accommodated my specific circumstances. I would highly recommend Schultz Realty to anyone seeking to sell or purchase. I would definitely use Schultz Realty in the future should I decide to sell my property.

Initially John and myself were somewhat sceptical about getting an appropriate price and even an acceptable time frame to sell the property. However Sarah was highly professional with a personal approach, her transparency and integrity were refreshing. Sarah made John and myself feel at ease. It was a stress free experience. Sarah was warm , friendly and available; she kept us informed and more importantly reassured us through the process. For John and myself it was, or should I say seemed to be a quick and easy process. Respectfully Sarah liased with the tenants to make it an easy transition for them. We thank Sarah for that. John and I were pleasantly surprised that the sale of 8 Hindsdale Court was a quick and efficient and pleasing outcome. So thank you so much Sarah.

Sarah and Doreen were very professional throughout the process. Prompt in answering any questions.
