I'm grateful for the advice that you gave us Sarah, you were right, it definitely saved us money.. You gave yourself 2 weeks to sell it and you achieved it..for a price that we were happy with.. Thank you for the encouragement and motivation, if it wasn't for you, I'd still be procrastinating !!!
