Not only did Sarah sell our house for more than we expected, and very quickly she negotiated well for us, kept the buyer happy and when we had a hiccup with the sale she mediated between three solicitors to get things back in track. We highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling. 5 star service and excellent commission rates without the typical "pushy agent" attitude.

Sarah is one amazing woman . I first met her at my unique house and she went through it like a storm suggesting what to declutter and how to make my house look good . Some people could have taken offense but I didn't. Sarah told me she could sell my house in 60 days , I was like ok go for it , no one else has been able to .(I had two other realtors try) So from the day Sarah and I signed a contract together till she sold was 42days , unbelievable . So exciting . Sarah communicated all the time with me and I was very confident with her . Once again Sarah a big thank you . Wayne wants you to sell our next house . We will recommend you to others .

Sarah made buying our house a simple easy process, went above and beyond to help us, organising extra time to revisit as we are from out of state. Always answered questions quickly and was prompt with replies to queries even with a time difference. Was great at recommending quality local companies and professionals for quoting on repairs etc. We would be more than happy to recommend her services to others.

Please see above ratings - Sarah always kept us well informed throughout the sale of our property

Sarah was very professional and knowledgable in all areas of our purchase of this property and we would be quite happy to contact her if we wanted to sell or buy another property. Glenn , Sue Poole.

Sarah has been working hard and try to provide the best service to the seller and buyer. She provides helpful suggestions and communication when problems come out. Her knowledge and skills really help us for the successful purchase.

If you're looking for an agent that is passionate about providing you with the very best service and advice to sell you property. We wholeheartedly recommend Sarah Schultz. She performed way above our expectations and guided us through the whole process to settlement. Extremely professional and enthusiastic, she stands head and shoulders above the often jaded "show them and they will buy" agents we have dealt with in the past. Five star recommendation from us! *****

Excellent, professional and friendly service. Excellent communications. Always available when needed.

Recently I purchased a property through Sarah who after listening to my needs recommended a property that suited .I immediately put in an offer which was accepted by the sellers.I found Sarahs communication skills in overcoming any issues to be extremely professional through out the settlement and I regard Sarah very highly and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.I wish Sarah all the best for her future success.Andrew Casey

Sarah was very professional in all our dealings with her. Her initial presentation was exceptional which is why we went with her to sell our home. Her communication with us all the way through was excellent. Her appraisal of our property was on the mark as we achieved an excellent price for our home. We are very happy with Sarah and we would recommend her to any one wishing to sell their home.

Sarah performed her expertise in a professional manner, which made it a pleasant experience for all involved in the purchase of this property. We threw many questions at Sarah which she endeavoured to answer.

From our first meeting at an open house, Sarah was friendly, helpful and even gave my daughter and I a lift home when it rained. Sarah is reliable and trustworthy. She turned up to our appointments on time and kept me up to date with what was going on. I would recommend Sarah to anyone who wants an agent that is at that next level. It was a lovely touch to come to my new home with a thank you gift.
