It is really refreshing to meet an agent that you don’t have to “play the whole real estate game with”. After having had my home listed with another agent for 12 weeks with not even one viewing a week, we signed with Sarah and she recommended new photographs and a new listing. The house was listed online on the Friday, with an open advertised for the next day. No signage had yet gone up but there were numerous groups turned up to view, and we received 2 offers - one offered the asking price, the second was significantly above .... sale was completed 4 weeks later.
