Scott responded promptly to all queries and clearly communicated with us regarding all aspects of the property. He is pleasant to deal with and had just the right balance of highlighting the property’s positives and leaving us alone to explore on our own. He has been very helpful in organising and attending a requested post sale look over the property to measure up etc. as a local to an area we are moving into, he has made valuable suggestion regarding the community and services.

Scott provided exceptional service during the recent sale of my home in Mount Dandenong. I trusted Scott from the outset and relied on his local knowledge, experience and expertise. Scott was very honest in his appraisal of my home and I valued his advice throughout the sale process.

Cant thank Scott and his team enough for the work they did. His advise and knowledge of the market was spot on! He made the process of selling our house seamless and hassle free. Great to deal with, i would not hesitate to recommend or use scott again.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Scott on the sale of our property. We chose his agency as we felt they were experienced and local to the area, and were very pleased to have Scott take on our house on behalf of the team. We found Scott to be very professional, honest and knowledgeable. We felt he was always working with our best interests at heart, and approached the situation based on our needs. He answered calls and messages very promptly and at all hours, and ensured he was available whenever required. We would highly recommend him and felt extremely satisfied with the service we received.

Scott was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and knowledgable of the local area. He has been upfront and communicative at all times, and has made our first homebuying experience a pleasurable one!

Scott (and David) from Fletchers really delivered during our sale - we listed just before Covid lockdown and our OFIs were always run with genuine care and enthusiasm. Scott's communication was just the right amount at the right time. We are most appreciative of the support and advice from Scott after our sale (when we were looking to purchase our new house). We recommend Scott and the team at Fletchers to look after your own property needs.

Scott is a consumate professional whose market knowledge is unquestionable. He is courteous and acts ethically and his communication is clear, prompt and accurate. These attributes lead to a highly impressive real estate experience. We would Highly recommend Scott’s services. Jeff and Julia.

Scott`s market knowledge was spot on and his skill in negotiation with respect to the sale of the property could not have been better. With regard to communication he kept us constantly informed of any changes or matters affecting the sale. We are very satisfied with the outcome of the sale and would have no hesitation recommending him to future would be clients.

Scott was impressively committed to our very niche property offering. Eventually working very well with the end purchaser. His hard work, definitely paid off.

From our first inspection Scott was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to answer all our questions and make the house available for repeat visits. He continues to provide excellent service and always a pleasure to deal with.

Scott did a great job under very difficult market conditions. Always had time for different questions throughout the process, which helps during stressful times. I would recommend him.

Scott was on my block for sale on the day I made first contact. I gave him the job. Then came the Covid lockdown so I assumed it wouldn’t sell (again). I sold unconditional for a good price without having to negotiate hard with the buyer. It was an unexpectedly smooth experience.
