I first met Scott around 10 years ago and sought his advice on whether to sell or keep my property in Ferntree Gully. His advice at the time was to keep it and that turned out to be a terrific decision. In terms of our latest dealings, my family had previously sought Scott's advice regarding the lease or sale of my father's home.
