Scott Crossman is a Licensed Agent and Auctioneer and has been in Real Estate in Canberra for 18 years. The majority of my business is ‘referral’ from friends, and colleagues that I have helped purchase or sell property for over a very long period of time. When I look back and reflect, I realise that I love real estate because I love those relationships, building them over time, helping people who in turn have become good friends along the way. Houses come and go and stand the test of time, unfortunately we don’t, and making the most of the good times and experiences with the people of ‘all ages’ that I have met along the way is paramount, and what keeps a smile on my face each and every day. Having been a licensed Auctioneer & Agent for so many years I have been lucky enough to sell homes from $200,000.00 through to $7,300,000.00 which still stands as the highest price paid for a property in Canberra and surrounding regions. It’s fair to say that in conducting over 1500 Auctions I have seen many different homes across the Capital, all with their own unique attributes, and that again makes it so exciting! I have lived in the Woden area for over 20 years now, currently residing and owning two properties in Mawson so I know a lot about the area and the benefits of the location. My wife and I also run a boutique property management service. As owners of the business we feel it is very important to have great communication, prompt service and continuity of relationships with our owners and tenants. As such this is run solely by the owners of the business. That way we are fully across all aspects of managing the rental of your property. We have a large percentage of our owners either overseas or interstate so it is very important that we are able to successfully manage all aspects of this important role and ensuring the properties are well looked after from day one.
