Scott did a great job with the promotion of our property, in particular with his presentation skills for the video of the house. We had a target figure in mind which we achieved prior to the auction date. Given the current delays and hold-ups with the banks in processing loan applications, maybe the Brisbane West agents need to allow more time from when houses go on the market to the auction date to allow potential buyers to get their finance organised.
