We had an excellent experience buying our property through Scott Edwards. Really genuinely helpful guy, great communication, we never felt out of the loop. Buying and selling can sometimes be a stressful process but Scott was relaxed and organised which made the whole thing really easy for all involved. We had our property in Kenmore on the market for over 4 months, listed with a reputable agent who was ultimately unable to secure a sales for us. Not only did we not achieve the result we were expecting, we were extremely disappointed with the lack of specific feedback and communication from the agent generally. After withdrawing the property from the market for a month, we re-launched with Scott and immediately wished we launched with him from the start. Communication was excellent, he was extremely professional and honest about the process and provided professional recommendations on how to achieve the best result, drawing from his years of experience. We received an offer that we were happy with within 2 weeks, but continued on with the auction campaign and 3 weeks later sold the property under the hammer for a higher price than the original offer and well above the only offer we received via our original agent. Furthermore, Scott was the auctioneer and achieved an amazing outcome given only the one registered bidder, under auction conditions. Scott Edwards marketed and negotiated the sale of our house at Upper Brookfield. Scott was very easy to deal with. He was upfront and gave us some good suggestions to present our house in the best possible way, without going overboard.
