I was brought up with "If you dont have anything nice to say dont say anything at all". Scott was told that the property was for sale at offers OVER 1.1 million. He arrived at our house with an offer for that amount. When I reminded him that my instructions were offers over 1.1 million, i have never seen an adult explode. His face went red, and he clearly got very angry. I just wanted to get him out of my face so i signed the contract under duress. He also put loose furniture as part of the contract without checking with me first. I would not recommend him to sell my chookhouse!! All along, he has clearly been working for the purchaser, just to make the sale, and hoping to get another sale in the future from them, but obviously not from me. Should the sale have fallen through, he allowed the purchaser to pay a barest minimum of 50,000 dollars deposit. Since dealing with Brisbane Realestate, people in the know have warned me i should not have dealt with them.
From the moment I approached Brisbane Real Estate, Scott and Adam were absolutely committed to doing the best they could to sell my property. Their communication was always fantastic, and I always felt complete trust in what they were saying to me, and what they were doing within the sale process. They made a stressful process quite simple, and I will always be very appreciative and grateful for this.
