After 9 months of being given the runaround by other agents Scott came to us as a breath of fresh air. Finally, someone who was a joy to work with and who went out of his way to secure the best possible deal for us with the least possible hassle. Here was an agent that actually did what he said he was going to do and wasn't going to muck us around. The price he ended up getting for us was pretty much what we'd hoped for, at a time when other agents were expecting us to be 'reasonable' and settle for a price some $25,000 less.
