We have just bought a nice little house in Eagleby, and although the bank has made the process a nightmare with changing policies in the middle of the application process, his assistance helped us to navigate it through. We have needed to request extensions on both the unconditional contract and the settlement date multiple times, and Scott helped so much to explain the situation to the vendors and mediating on our behalf, even though he was formally representing the sellers and not us, the buyers. I'm not sure we had our house settled successfully if it wasn't for his assistance going well beyond the call of duty as a sales agent. Having an investment portfolio of multiple properties we have dealt with a few real estate agents, so we do have our good and bad experiences.
