My husband and I have the misfortune to list our home in a very difficult market. Having just gone through an extreme high before listing, we had entered the downturn in the market when we finally reached the point of listing for sale. We believed we could achieve a price that was unrealistic in the market at that time, and stubborn as we were by not wanting to lower our expectations, Scott and Dianne hung in there with us the whole way. They never waivered in the search to find that elusive buyer in a falling market. Working very closely with us they were always available to answer our endless questions. Our sale took a little longer due to the holiday season and a bad market, but even through all the days when I was ready to give up, I knew Scott had our backs. It took a little time but Scott and Dianne worked extremely hard, negotiating between not just one buyer but several buyers who made offers, until we achieved a great price that we were happy with. During the process, Scott stated that he had come into our home so often, that it felt like his home, so we dubbed him “Uncle Scott”, and that’s honestly how we feel about him. He became so close to us while working so hard, and that was more than our own families could do for us. He even went above and beyond by finding a lovely man to help my husband, when the moving process became so hard for us, and Scott knew my husband ( a renal patient ) was struggling on his own. So when asked, I say yes! I highly recommend Scott and or Dianne when looking for that agent, that will not only be professional and tireless in their work, but will give you the determination needed to hang in there and get the job done, and get the price that is recommended to you at the start! You will always be “ uncle Scott “ to us! and you will always be welcome in our home.
