We asked Scott Isaacs to sell our property as the new home we bought was through him, and we were so impressed by his work ethic and professionalism that we knew he was the only agent for us. I announced on the Tuesday that I wanted it on the market for home opens by the weekend. Not only did Scott get the photos, listing, pest and building inspection and draft contracts sorted in time, but went to work with his contacts. We had our first offer on the Friday morning, before the first home open and before the listing had hit allhomes or realestate.com. He worked tirelessly holding 3 home opens in two days, we received many offers, and had accepted one buy the Sunday afternoon. Throughout the exchange and settlement process he continued to keep in touch, ensuring both the buyer's and our needs were met. He even loaned us some equipment to help us clean out the garage in the new house, recommended us a (fantastic painter) and really did to far more than we would have expected.
