Scott help us move towards an early settlement so we were in by Easter and were able to enjoy our first Easter in our own home thanks to his great work. We are very happy with our purchase of our forever home, there was never a moment we didn't feel confident, safe or rushed with Scott. We felt like Scott wasn't just trying to push a house that wants right for us he was trying to sell a house for the owners but still trying to find the right fit for this house. We were so appreciative of Scott's assistance and support throughout our recent sale. Being absentee owners, we were initially concerned about not being 'on-site', but Scott put our minds at ease and was in regular contact with us throughout the process. He also went well above and beyond by keeping an eye on the property and just helping out with a few of the odds and ends (like cleaning out the mailbox etc.) and effectively project managing the process of getting the house ready for dale - maintenance, repaint, dressing etc. to ensure it was in the best shape to put on the market and achieve our intended price. He has an excellent network of contacts to do anything you need to a high standard and all are reasonably priced. Scott had a clear strategy for the sale and his experience and knowledge of the specific Hawker market (and of Hawker generally), but the Canberra market more generally, was first class. Scott puts his clients interests first and at no stage did we ever feel we weren't his first priority. And to top it off, the house sold within 10 days, achieved slightly higher than our expectation and the subsequent settlement was smooth and without issue. with Scott, you only need to ask once and its done and the outcome communicated.
