As first home buyers we were apprehensive about the housing market and where to start. Scott was friendly and approachable while we were looking for a house, and was honest in responding to our expectations regarding what we wanted. We put in an offer on our house as the first lockdown was announced, but ended up having a terrible experience without our broker throughout the whole process. Scott was happy to help us out and explain countless things to us over the phone that the broker didn’t. Scott always took the time to help us out, even when it wasn’t his job to do so - this was greatly appreciated.
