Scott is a fantastic agent! I would definitely use his expertise again. His friendly, relaxed demeanour really helped us through the whole process as we were clueless first home buyers. From showing us the property, to organising (and explaining) settlement efficiently, knowledge on trades in the area and even contacting previous owner so we could pass on their mail months after moving into property. His communication skills were outstanding. He was always super quick to answer all my calls and emails even on the weekends and he was quick to action any of my requests. I contacted Scott at a very sad time in our lives .. My mum had passed away and we needed to move the family home on , this was very hard for my sisters and I . Through no fault of his there were a few hiccups along the way with all the legal stuff attached to a deceased estate but Scott went Above and Beyond to make the sale as smooth and painless as possible .. Scott was unbelievably helpful, including showing us through the property twice at short notice. He guided us through the entire sale process including giving us advise on conveyancers and Building inspection agents.
