After dealing with 4 agents who honestly did not give two flicks, coming across Scott was a dream. He could answer all questions about the house, down from the whole building itself to the surrounding area. Scott was very straight up and easy to deal with. He did what he said he would do, and assisted in resolving issues as they arose.
During COVID we decided to purchase a house in Perth whilst we were stuck in lockdown in Victoria. Scott went the extra mile and did a number of live video walk throughs of the property with us. He made great suggestions and pointed out not only the good points but also indicated where things may need work. He was completely honest in all dealings. Scott liaised with Building Inspectors and put us in contact with an excellent conveyancer in the area that made everything run smoothly. I could not recommend Scott highly enough. All you want in an agent is honesty, integrity and someone that will work with you to make the whole process run smoothly. Scott embodies all of these qualities.
