This was a complex, stressful and difficult sale, making rating the experience difficult. I have given Belle Property 5 stars based largely on the eventual result, which we are happy with given the current trends in apartment sales. In choosing Belle Property our decision was based largely on my conversation with Scott. Domenic took most of the front running on the campaign and sales process, midway through the process I felt that there was not enough contact or feedback with Scott, which I spoke to him about and he immediately responded positively. The sale ended up coming down to a three-way deal involving the sale of two apartments in the same building. One of the buyers proved to be very fussy and somewhat difficult, I think that Belle handled what was a frustrating and testing situation very well, eventually brokering a successful deal. I'm aware that most vendors probably feel that there could be more communication during the sales process, and indeed there were times when we felt a little frustrated by the "radio silence" when we were waiting to hear about others' decisions. Overall, I'd have to say that we were very happy with Belle Property's performance. Any vendor has to reach that point where they decide that they trust their agent's advice and judgement, and we were able to do that without misgivings.
