Scott is a consummate agent, he always kept me informed about what was going on, and he has the personal touch. He makes you feel like you’re the only job that he’s got on his books. I also think he’s very good at strategy, at the beginning of my marketing campaign we decided on an expressions of interest process but then with the level of interest that was shown, it was clearly better to move very quickly to an auction, which was a great success for me. I had engaged Scott McElroy to be my selling agent after researching the best agents in the area, but then everything was done via Dominique from Belle property instead. Dominique did a very good job but I was surprised that Scott did not handle this sale.
