I would highly recommend Scott, having had the experience of working with him on the sale of my property. I especially value his thoughtfulness, tact and kindness and his consideration regarding the emotional difficulties faced by vendors who are selling their family home in which they lived for many years and where raised their families. He came across to me also as a very practical and down to earth person, keeping in mind the market but also to not going over the top with the ‘styling’ of the property or with unnecessary expenses.
