Scott Phillips and Virginia Byrne went far beyond what one would expect from people doing a thorough job. Although it is of course a professional relationship, it became more like friendship as we worked through what (I suspect) was a relatively large and complicated job bringing our property up to its selling potential. Scott's juggling of multiple contractors was completely reliable, and an fact astonishing given that he must have been doing the same for many others simultaneously. Further than that, both Scott and Virginia gave us valuable and extensive advice on our subsequent purchase, apparently out of their own time. I recommend that team without reservation.
