Scott must have felt the pressure of having vendors who were both real estate agents, who had already been through long, drawn-out and unsuccessful sales campaigns with other top agents. We were sceptical that our dream price could be achieved and yet he rose above all expectations by selling the property for a record price in an extremely difficult market.
