Scott was very professional in his approach to the sale of our investment unit. After he attended the property he gave an overview of things he thought could be done which would improve the saleability, provided great feedback at every stage and was very easily contactable, always returning calls when unavailable. He supported his appraisal of the unit's value very well with an extensive presentation of recent and localised sales of similar properties. We accepted one of 5 offers after the first open house.
