Scott was the agent we chose after multiple appraisals based on his obvious experience and easy communication style. He worked with my individual selling needs as I hadn't done this for over 20 years and he kept me calm when I had questions. Seemed to communicate well with the buyers as well which made the whole transaction very seamless. Overall a great result selling on first weekend on the market for a good price with flexibility re timings etc given on both sides.
