From my initial consultation with Scott, he showed an extremely professional and friendly manner. His knowledge of the area in which my property was located was extensive including highlighting the advantages of the suburb. He had a good understanding of property conditions, comparisons with properties sold/for sale in the area and the impact of styling and presentation on house prices.
