From my initial consultation with Scott, he showed an extremely professional and friendly manner. His knowledge of the area in which my property was located was extensive including highlighting the advantages of the suburb. He had a good understanding of property conditions, comparisons with properties sold/for sale in the area and the impact of styling and presentation on house prices. As the property was an investment property, there was a little delay in going to market, Scott kept in touch. The house went on the market just as I was travelling overseas. His communication through the initial introduction to market was excellent, at times several times a day and once I was out of the country there were no problems.
